
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1. By booking with SAINT STUDIO, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2. SAINT STUDIO reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website and apply to all future bookings.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation to secure your session.
2.2. Bookings are non-refundable; however, rescheduling is permitted with at least 2 business days’ notice, subject to availability.
3. Use of Studio
3.1. The studio is provided as-is, including natural lighting and furnishings. While we strive to maintain comfortable conditions, SAINT STUDIO is not liable for weather-related factors such as heat, cold, or varying light conditions.
3.2. Clients are responsible for bringing their own equipment (e.g., professional lighting) if required for specific shoots.
3.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the studio for their intended purpose prior to booking.
4. Special Requirements
4.1. If your shoot requires specific arrangements, these must be requested in writing at least 2 business days before your booking.
4.2. SAINT STUDIO will do its best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability of additional facilities or modifications not included in the standard studio setup.
5. Liability
5.1. SAINT STUDIO is not liable for:
Damage to, or deterioration of, any external items brought into the studio, including but not limited to props, food, or equipment.
Outcomes affected by weather, lighting, or environmental conditions.
Hair, makeup, or travel expenses incurred by clients.
5.2. Clients accept full responsibility for the safety and use of any items they bring to the studio.
6. Damages
6.1. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, its furnishings, or equipment during their booking and will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs.
7. Health & Safety
7.1. Clients must ensure that all activities conducted within the studio comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
7.2. SAINT STUDIO is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises due to client actions or negligence.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
8.1. All bookings are non-refundable.
8.2. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 2 business days’' notice and is subject to availability.
8.3. If SAINT STUDIO needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
9. Photography & Videography
9.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and permissions for photography or videography are obtained.
9.2. SAINT STUDIO is not liable for the quality or usability of content produced during a session.
10. Studio Condition
10.1. The studio is provided on an "as-is" basis. While SAINT STUDIO takes every effort to maintain cleanliness, we cannot guarantee that the studio floors, walls, or other areas will be completely spotless due to regular use as a high-traffic space.
10.2. If you require the white cyclorama wall or studio floors to be repainted or thoroughly cleaned before your session, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Requests must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to your booking.
11. Equipment Use
11.1. Any studio equipment provided by SAINT STUDIO is available for use at the client’s discretion. Clients assume full responsibility for the proper handling and return of all equipment in the condition it was provided.
11.2. SAINT STUDIO is not responsible for equipment malfunction, including client-owned equipment.
12. Time Management
12.1. Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. A 15-minute grace period is provided both before and after your booking to accommodate these activities. Any time exceeding this grace period will be charged at the standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments and is subject to availability.
12.2. Clients must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their booking (including the grace period) to allow for subsequent bookings or maintenance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
13. Noise and Conduct
13.1. The studio is located in a shared building. Clients must ensure noise levels are kept reasonable and do not disrupt neighbouring businesses or residents.
13.2. Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or damaging to the property or other clients may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
14. Force Majeure
14.1. SAINT STUDIO is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or unforeseen maintenance issues.
15. Acceptance of Terms
15.1. By booking with SAINT STUDIO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
